Delivery, Collection & Returns

Many Le Vieux Faisan finds are one-off, fragile, heavy or simply an awkward shape. We therefore arrange collection and delivery around the piece rather than trying to make every object fit the same box.

Smalls & Postable Items

Smaller and postable items will normally be sent by post or an appropriate parcel delivery service only. Collection is not normally available for these items. The applicable delivery charge will be confirmed and agreed before you purchase.

Large, Heavy & Fragile Items

For larger, heavy, fragile or awkward pieces, collection may be available by prior arrangement at weekends only. For privacy and security, our collection address is not published online and will be provided following purchase and receipt of payment.

Alternatively, we may be able to arrange an appropriate delivery service. Delivery is quoted individually and any applicable charge will be confirmed and agreed before you purchase. Please contact us with your postcode if you would like a delivery quotation.

The delivery or collection arrangements shown on an individual product listing take precedence, allowing us to choose the safest and most practical option for each piece.

Payment

Payment is required before collection or dispatch. PayPal is our preferred payment method. Any alternative payment method must be agreed with us before purchase.

Cancellations & Returns

If you buy from us at a distance, statutory cancellation rights may apply. Where applicable, you normally have 14 days after receiving the item to tell us that you wish to cancel. Please contact us before returning anything.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, you will normally be responsible for arranging and paying for its safe return. For large, heavy or fragile pieces, please contact us before purchase if you would like information about likely return arrangements or costs.
